Our take
I grabbed this for my 5-year-old. The 21.5-inch length is perfect for his height. The mallet head gives a bit more stability, and the stainless steel feels decent. The steel shaft is okay but adds weight; it's not too heavy though. The youth flex is suitable. For $20, this is a great budget option. The only con is the generic look, but it works fine on the practice green. The grip is standard rubber, nothing fancy. Satisfied for the price.
