Our take
The pink grip is a hit with my daughter. The 21-inch length is good for her age (5). The mallet head provides extra forgiveness, which helps her confidence. The steel shaft is fine, though I'd prefer graphite for lighter weight. Being Ultralight, it's still manageable. Made in USA is a plus. At $35, it's mid-range but feels well-built. The only issue is the grip might be a bit small for older kids; but for 4-6, it's perfect.
