About this product
The Young Gun ZAAP Junior Golf Irons & Wedges set is designed for right-handed kids aged 3-5. It includes a #9 iron and wedge, with a model number MCYGZ-IR. The set is from the Young Gun brand and is intended for young beginners. The clubs are sized for small children, promoting proper swing mechanics. The set includes multiple clubs to cover various shots, and the right-handed orientation suits most young players.
Our take
For a child aged 3-5, this Young Gun ZAAP set provides a complete starter kit with an iron and wedge, allowing young golfers to practice different shots. The age-specific sizing helps ensure proper fit, which is crucial for developing good habits. The set is a great value for parents wanting to introduce their child to golf without a large investment. However, the set is limited to right-handed players, and the clubs may be outgrown quickly as the child grows. The California Prop 65 warning about lead is a consideration, but it is common for many products.
